Research
The School of Information Technology values research as a key driver for innovation and growth of the school. It has four (4) committees to implement and execute research initiatives, they are: Applications and Innovations in Mobile and Cloud Computing (AIMCo), Center for Human Automation & Interaction Research (CHAIR), ICT Infrastructure Laboratory (ICT), Pattern Recognition & Image Analysis Laboratory (PRIMaL).
As part of Mapúa University's efforts in being a Digital, Research-driven, Outcomes-based, International Domain or D.R.O.I.D., the faculty and staff of the school have been working tirelessly to publish researches as indexed in Scopus, the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature. The School of Information Technology has receive grants from various external local and international agencies such as:
