Customer-Centric Approach highlighted in second of Special Topics in Business Analytics series
The second of the Special Topics in Business Analytics (MAN210) series focused deeply on the so-called "Age of Customer Obsession". The speaker, Ms. Pamela Morales-Cabudoy, highlighted what business analytics can do to not only capture your target market but to also find ways of opening new markets. Ms. Morales-Cabudoy has 19 years of solid experience in Business Analytics. She graduated at the top of her class with a degree in B.S. Statistics from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. She is currently serving as Director for Advanced Analytics, Enterprise Data Office in Globe Telecom and was the Solutions and Practices Director at SAS Institute Philippines. Ms. Morales-Cabudoy is experienced and passionate about building a world-class, center of excellence team of talents in the areas of Information Management, Analytics, Risk Intelligence and Customer Intelligence, finding the right solution to solve business problems through data and analytics, cross-industry and evangelizing innovative ways of using analytics through thought leadership.
